New funding from the DFG

The German Research Foundation (DFG) has approved a grant of 112,650€ to research the influence of glycosylation on the Sars-CoV-2 spike protein.
Under the leadership of CDS member Prof. Udo Reichl, the researchers want to gain further insights into the development of effective vaccines. In doing so, they want to explore the influence that changes in the S protein can have on the human immune system.
