Summer School with Taiyuan University of Technology - FVST Day on 06.08.2024
For the first time, Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg is organizing a summer school in collaboration with Taiyuan University of Technology.
From August 4 to 18, 2024, nine students and one supervisor will learn about various research institutions and sights in Saxony-Anhalt.
CDS member apl. Prof. Dr.-Ing. habl. Gabor Janiga from the Institute of Fluid Mechanics and Thermodynamics gave a lecture on “Introduction to Computational Fluid Dynamics” as part of the “Process Engineering Day” event on August 6, 2024. Another lecture “Particle Technology” was given by CDS junior member Dr. Fabian Sewerin from the Institute of Process Engineering.
Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Evangelos Tsotsas, CDS member and Dean of the Faculty of Process and Systems Engineering, spontaneously found time to welcome the students and visit some of the events.
