Five million euros for cancer and inflammation research
The German Research Foundation (DFG) continues to fund the interdisciplinary Research Training Group (GRK) 2408 "Maladaptive Processes at Physiological Interfaces in Chronic Diseases" at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg with five million euros until 2027.

Andreas Seidel-Morgenstern has been honored by the Adsorption and Ion Exchange Section of the Separations Division of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) for his extraordinary contributions to research on the fundamentals of adsorption, chromatography and process engineering.
Dr. Francesca Cascella honored as best doctoral student at OvGU
Dr. Francesca Cascella was awarded a doctoral prize at the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg Academic Ceremony as the best doctoral student in the Faculty of Process and Systems Engineering at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg.
